Lisa handled the day-of coordination of our daughter's bat mitzvah party. She was an absolute pro in every respect, which made it possible for us to enjoy the day without worry. She is organized, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and a great advisor on those judgment calls that often come up in party planning. She also dealt with a noise complaint related to our event that allowed the party to continue without interruption. The party was a phenomenal success, due in large part to Lisa's calm, steady coordination.

Lisa Gordon is the wedding planner you want. She is calm, focused and centered. She strategically helped me and my husband make tough wedding and venue choices; some emotional and some practical while offering vendor options and very reasonable prices for her services. Lisa worked with us well when we had a small budget and planned our event in a non-traditional space, our residential buildings ball room. She helped us think through everything we'd need to create a hospitable and welcoming atmosphere. Lisa helped us plan and execute our wedding. We loved that she was easy to work with, kept us on track, and created a master to-do list! MOST of all, it was great to have her and her assistant on-site on our big day, so we didn't have to do any troubleshooting. If anything went wrong during the wedding ... we didn't hear about it! :) Lisa was fun and easy to work with. Although I never want to plan another wedding, I'd recommend her to anyone who is working on one!
PS - what originally made us want to work with her is the diversity/inclusion statement on her website. Lisa is really that invested in equality and comfort for all. She’s got a heart of gold... read full review
