I manage a 100+ year old multifamily building with its fair share of plumbing issues. Since switching our business over to Flader we are very pleased with the service quality and professionalism we have gotten. Most recently they rebuilt a complicated old shower valve that was leaking which dropped our water bill by 75% ! They were also able to repair a leaky RPZ valve for our boiler and inspect it for the city certification. Its nice to have a plumbing company that understands these old buildings on the north shore!
