About Fitness Defined

Fitness Defined is a great place to work out and train. It offers trainers with lots of experienceand and incredible knowledge. The studio is clean and super welcoming, with friendly and nice trainers who are incredibly helpful. Workouts mixes up with weights, machines, cardiovascular equipment and more. The environment feels like a family, truly a go to spot with lots of parking. This space is professional, amazing and definitely recommend. The great place feels like a family and the trainers are amazing.

I train with the owner Dyrick who is great. He always mixes up my workouts. He knows when I can be pushed to work harder and when I can’t. This is very helpful. In addition his studio is very welcoming and all the other trainers are incredibly nice and friendly. A great place to train.

I love trainings ( I'm an independent contractor at FITDEF) at FitDef! Ampl amount of weights, machines, cardiovascular equipment and more. Friendly and professional environment. Clean and lots of parking!

I have been going to Terrence aka Total T at Fitness Defined for close to 6 years. He has addressed some of my physical needs and my overall strength has increased tremendously. He is great as is the facility. I highly recommend both!
