My mom had an intense shoulder fracture and the Orthopaedic team was phenomenal. The nurses, PAs, surgeon, anesthesiologists, OT, PT, meal services, and everyone in the hospital were amazing and so caring. We are absolutely pleased with their dedication and support to patient wellness and health. Thank you for taking care of my mom!
I've not experienced a better run hospital. It was so nice. We walked in got a badge and walked to the elevator. When arriving on the floor we checked in and waited to be called back. We sat in the room for a bit and w got him changed, cleaned and ready to go. All of the small processes in the room were stress-free and thorough. The family and I went out during his knee surgery and once that was completed the doctor called to let me know surgery was complete and everything went well. Then a nurse called and advised me on what happens next and let me talk to him. Once we arrived back we waited a short time and then we were able to head back to see him. Only two at a time. They had him up and walking and climbing stairs before we left. The staff was great! All of them!
I was there for 7days and took very care of me I was so grateful the nurses were very concerning and they were very helpful THE FIRST DAY I GOT MY ROOM I WENT TO SIT IN THE CHAIR SOMETHING BIT ME ON THE left side of my air when I turned the light off I know that was a bed bug
