Ottis was very methodical with his measurements and detailed scope of the project. He also too time to walk us through his estimate. This was the best experience I’ve had getting an estimate from a contractor. The estimator was apologizing for the amount of info he was giving, but it was immensely helpful and a huge reason why we went with them for our stair refinishing project. They’re not only knowledgeable, but also have integrity. I kind of couldn’t believe that they suggested we get other quotes and told us if we didn’t go with them, please have the other contractor do XYZ. There was no upselling (they were actually shocked when we told them another contractor said our staircase was garbage and needed total replacement for $50k) and they were very thorough with checking...read full review
