I cannot recommend Reese enough for anyone looking for a home inspection. It has been 1.5 years since he helped us, and his recommendations have stood the test of time since then. As a first time home buyer, we didn't quite know what to expect, but he patiently and thoroughly walked us through the process. He used an infrared camera to check for insulation issues, explored every nook and cranny. He sent us an extensive report for our records, encouraged us to reach out with any questions, and gave us a list of contractor referrals. His assessment of the home value was more than we paid. I can't speak to Cardinal's inspection services, but this morning Reese happened to find my wallet in the middle of the street. I had just visited the ATM, so there was $200 inside. Nonetheless, Reese found my address and dropped it in my mailbox, not a hair out of place. Five stars for honesty and good deeds.

Reese's ability to inspect the location I was planning on buying was literally amazing. I cannot believe the things he discovered that needed attention and some immediately. He took so much care in his work and many observations--some things no one else might catch because of the lighting in the interior of the home. He looked at my check-off list of things important to me to be covered and without knowing--he had inspected them all already.
