Excellent service and quality work done. Always quick. Have had dry cleaning services and repairs for pants and they did very well both times. 10/10 recommend, no better dry cleaner in Evanston. Stop searching for other ones.
They were able to miraculously pull ink out of my cream-colored sweater! They were honest with me in that they weren't certain they were going to be able to accomplish this, to be sure that I had realistic expectations... but they were able to do it! It had ink spots in many places, quite a few of them, that had sat for two weeks, and they were able to pull them out! It looks like nothing ever happened. It looks brand new. I couldn't be more excited that they were able to do this, and I am appreciative of the way they went about it. Their honesty and skill are the reasons I would highly recommend them!
Truly the best! I've since moved away from Evanston, so now I can appreciate how great Best Care is because I haven't been able to find a comparable dry cleaner in my new neighborhood. Best Care is fast, detail oriented, and fairly priced. I was always satisfied with the quality of cleaning and alterations there.
