We have had good experiences with them in the past so this was disappointing. They installed the space pak in our home and we had them out to service the heat pump. The tech showed up outside the delivery window and reset the sensors that had gone off. The pump restarted immediately. He then spent an hour and a half trying to figure out what was wrong and had no answer. Total charge $574 with a discount for a “service plan” it was still $455 which is outrageous for an hour and a half. The worst part is that I called them the next day and they literally told me there was no one I could talk to about it but someone would try to get back to me. No one did- which means I don’t trust them to use them again. I used to recommend them all the time- not sure what happened.

I signed up for their home service plan and made an annual boiler maintenance appointment for October. They have since canceled four consecutive times, with almost no warning and little to no acknowledgment of the inconvenience to the two households impacted. It's been a week since the fourth canceled appointment and no one has followed up to apologize or reschedule the appointment.
