This place has been nothing but amazing to me and my family for the past 10 years. My kids have been seeing Linda Guzman and she has been great. She really listens to your concerns and guides you along with what steps are needed to taken. Recently I went there for my physical and saw Dr. Rabeeya Khalid and I have to say I am very happy with how she gave all my concerns immediate attention. She was quick to get back to me about my blood work and guided me on what steps to take next. I wish more doctors were like doctor Khalid!

This medical office is amazing. The staff is great, helpful and knowledgeable and Dr. R. Khalid is the best. It’s always hard to find a good place that accepts Medicaid, they do accept my plan and they are amazing! Thank you guys! 💜

I didn't have high expectations of Access Evanston Family Health Center based on previous reviews I'd read and because I'd never been to a community health center before. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I had. Scheduling an appointment over the phone was quick and easy, and I was able to be seen by a doctor the same-day. The medical assistant, Gio, was super friendly when he called to confirm my appointment and at the appointment, Gio was helpful and explained everything along the way. I was seen by Dr. Shahzeb Najam, and he's one of the best doctors I've had in quite some time. He didn't rush me and he explained things well and truly seemed to share in my concern, which I appreciated. The only negative thing to add is that I did not like how curt one of the receptionists (forgot her name) was when I asked questions about the copay process for people who are unemployed. Other than that, I had a great experience at this location. I will also note the the facility was cleaned and organized.

The worst place you can go to honestly i wouldn’t recommend to nobody. No doctor I’ve seen were helpful, they lack customer service skills, nobody wants to work, you can NEVER get in contact with them the call center had to call over 4 times etc. it’s been a week since my appointment and still not able to get my medication due to my doctor who wanted to argue about a vaccine more than anything but couldn’t send my prescription out that i need to take everyday. Overall horrible experience and I’m switching providers as soon as possible.!

This Evanston area few nurses and receptionist especially females are really rude and in attitude always think like queens of somewhere….
I have noticed this so many times and I am a US army veteran and I come here with my family and do not expect this behavior from them.
If they do not know how to humble and understand patients perspective they should not work Bcz people like who are real men from army doesn’t behave like there boyfriends and husband who will run behind them like dogs moving their tails

I don’t know where to begin because I don’t know how to say thank you enough to Dr. Rabeeya Khalid. And the staffs, She knew what she was doing I wish all the doctors are like her. She listened to everything I said. I received the best care from access that haven’t received in four years my Previous doctors. now I know booking an appointment it’s hard but it’s worth the wait because if all doctors are like Dr Khalid. I will highly recommend you to Wait and have an appointment with ACCESS.
