Jens is great. He diagnosed and corrected a problem with my a/c that two other companies failed to do. I wish i had called him first. Would have saved me time and money. Jens is very professional and can explain the problem in non-technical terms that makes it easy to understand. TTC is now my go-to company for furnace and a/c problems. Update 9/9/24 Jens and team installed a new furnace and a/c system for me. Everything, from the price to the level of service, was 100% awesome. I recommend TTC to everyone i can. Everyone always thanks me afterwards. Professional. Honest. Personable. Great communication from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about TTC!

Our air condition went out on Wednesday evening around 8pm, I sent an email to TTCS same night at at 7am on Thursday morning Jens called me back. He was in Elmhurst already and could stop by at 8am. By 9:30am Thursday morning we had cold air blowing in our bedroom again. One of the capacitors on the compressor had gone bad; Jens replaced it and went over both units to check for gas pressure. Perfect service at a fair price! ?
