You can find me here 4 times a week. Free weights, Cybex machines, and plenty of cardio options give you plenty of options for a good workout. Want a bigger challenge? There are options for fitness classes, personalized training, and swimming. In the winter, the ice rink is open for skating and hockey.

Very clean gym staff very nice all the coaches are excellent very motivating help you when they see you Struggling with a certain exercise and they correct you I enjoy working with all the coaches and they are helping me reach my goals thank you so much for all your support weekly!!!

Everyone of the Elmhurst YMCA are friendly and helpful. Carol is usually the first smile to greet you :-). The facilities offered are generally clean and kept up. The pool and gym are perfect for me. I appreciate the Y.
