One of the best gyms for the price in this area. It's nicely hidden as well so it's like having your own private gym. Two weight rooms and a cardio room with plenty of great equipment for every need.

I work in MidAmerica Plaza (in Oakbrook above Ditkas). This gym is right next door....very simple but it has everything you need. The equipment (weights and cardio) is nice, clean and in good condition. They also have a separate room with balance balls and kettle balls. The rates are very affordable too. One of the main assets of the place is the personal trainer named Loren Thomas. He is a reason to stay a member. He is credentialed with many fitnees designations as well as a passion for helping.
