I came to Jentle Acupuncture about 9 months postpartum with knee joint pain that was impacting my ability to get up off the floor and go up and down the stairs. After being told by my PCP that this was just part of postpartum recovery, I sought acupuncture. I’m so so thankful I found Dr. Jen’s practice. Not only did she get my knees fully functioning again (I rarely have any knee joint pain anymore) but she has also helped with the scar tissue and nerve feeling on my C-section scar. It’s no longer bumpy or tingling to the touch and I can touch it without getting goosebumps. We are now working on supporting my back, hips, and rebalancing my hormones. My body has responded very well to acupuncture and I continue to look forward to each appointment as self-care. The front desk staff are so nice and professional.
