Working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers all day, I experience a lot of tension, stiffness and occasionally pain in my neck, shoulders and back. My massage treatment from Ausra in the Elmhurst office was truly a revelation. Not only did the massage feel amazing, Ausra restored pain-free range of motion in my neck and shoulders and the discomfort in my back is gone. So grateful for her clinical skills and wonderful healing touch.

I began my journey with AMH 1/17/24 with Dr. Valdez. I was in terrible pain in my left lower back to my foot. With help from Andrew with stretching, Ramon with therapy massage and Dr Valdez as of today 2/17/24 the pain has subsided. Right now I still have to continue my therapy I’m 69 years young will be 70 next month. I have some stiffness that we will continue working on. Very happy with my decision on going to AMH

I had a great experience with Aligned Elmhurst. Dr. Mary is great, I always knew where I was on our treatment plan and what next steps were. Thr entire functional medicine team was outstanding! I'm glad to be feeling better but sad to be done.
