This place used to be great but my old Dr. left so I was asked that last month about confirming my appointment multiple times and then I take off work today to go to my appointment at 11:15 am which is an hour away from my house to find out when I get there the Doc suddenly was sick this morning and nobody called me or left a message. So I then ask since my medication is low refill it until I can see her next which would be end of October and the lady says I have to see her in Aurora which is twice as far. Not only are they inconsiderate but are incompetent and lazy.

This place has changed a lot..the staff is so nice and so friendly. I had stopped going to this location because they had some very rude staff but now it’s so different. I want to thank the staff and the doctors for being so kind and friendly. Keep up the good work and thanks for doing all u can to help the community.
