I am very disappointed in this practice. You cannot speak to a doctor with questions about a procedure, I've been trying for 3 weeks. I've cancelled the procedure. Find another practice to help you. They're more concerned about technology, portals and electronic communication than patient care.

When you call to schedule the appointment- no one picks up.Then they will give you a call and whoever is always answering the phone always with an attitude. Assuming stuff before asking, unable to help, rude, incompetent. No customer service skills.!!!!

Outstanding!!! First time colonoscopy. Everyone was fantastic. Procedure right on schedule. Denise was great and Dr. Losurdo couldn't have been better. Highest recommendation.

I had a great experience with the doctor. My husband called to schedule and they gave him an appointment 3 MONTHS out just to call him for his medical history. And he has been there before! Seriously?!? I can fill that out online!We assumed it would take time to get an appointment, but this is ridiculous!!

Can never get anyone on the phone. Trying to see the Doctor is nearly impossible. They only apologize and say they are short staffed. Find a better office that can actually help their patients.

Dr. Stinneford is the most amazing doctor. He called me after hours to talk about my diverticulitis attack and emergency room visit. He graciously reviewed all my scans and issues and put my heart at ease. He is very a patient and caring doctor!

The Endo Center is very well run facility.My experience from start to finish was as pleasant as these things can be.Dr. Losurdo was great about explaining my procedure. After my recovery he checked back in and we talked about the results. He has just the right amount of seriousness and humor.My nurse also was so wonderful and calming.

Had a procedure done with Dr. Pillai at the Endo center. The overall service from everyone was Excellent!! Dr. Pillai has an awesome bedside manner, he's efficient, confident and an overall expert in his field. He calls back his patients personally to discuss results which is rare these days. I am so grateful I was referred to him.

I love Dr. Sun. He has great bed side manner and is very thorough. However, each time I have called I have waited at least 15 minutes on hold and still don’t get the answers I need regarding my prescription and imaging results. A nurse was suppose to return my call yet after 3 days, I’m still waiting. After, calling each morning to remind them I’m waiting for someone to call me, still nothing, VERY frustrating and unprofessional.

Total good experience with the check in staff and all the wonderful nurses and anesthesiologist present for my procedure. This is my second colonoscopy with Dr. Losurdo and as expected it was a great experience. I would recommend him and his office staff who were very caring when I called with questions.
