The team of people can't be beat! I was nervous going in after a knee replacement but they put me at ease immediately and worked with me where I was at. They pushed me enough to make real progress more quickly than expected. I'm 11 weeks out now and have great range of motion and am building me strength. I highly recommend them. Cody and Pete were fabulous to work with as we're ALL the techs!!
Initial consult with Steve was great. He reviewed my MRI, listened to my areas of concern, went through some hands on message, and gave me home exercises to do before next visit. Excellent job.
If you're looking for a physical therapy group to use for ANY reason, Team Rehab in south Elgin is THE place to go! Steve Baynai and his entire team are by far, the best I have ever encountered! Even if you have to drive a bit further than a more convenient choice, they are worth any extra effort!
