Jay was absolutely amazing!! Not only did he text me a week prior to my appointment to ask what haircut I wanted and gave advice on whether the haircut I wanted was going to work, but he also took the time to get to know me and gave me the perfect haircut in the end. Got my first cut here since before COVID, so I had messy hair from a year and a half of doing it myself. Jay was excellent and I left looking great!! He has a lot of experience and is fun to talk to. I was in good hands. The suite is in a classy old building and is cozy - definitely a nicer vibe than a lot of the other options in downtown Elgin. I'll be back for my next haircut for sure!Service: Haircut
