Always a pleasurable experience. The ladies sure take good care of me and my skin. Autumn and Brittany have been my go-to girls for microneedling. Recently, Autumn has done BBL/Moxi on my face, and she was so gentle and precise. I feel like I'm in good hands here :)
I’ve been going to Nu Image for a few years since I moved to the Elgin area in 2021.
From the moment I walked into the spa, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The front desk staff is very warm yet professional. They are thorough when speaking with them before and after my appointments.
I’ve been treated by Stephanie, Kassandra and Autumn. I cannot speak higher of my experiences with them all.
Stephanie is highly skilled in her craft as an injector. She makes me feel safe and well informed before any of my treatments. I am always pleased with my results after I leave her chair.

Autumn is that girl, truly a hype girl and someone who is genuinely interested in you as a client. I’ve been coming to Nu Image Med Spa for 6 months now, and it has honestly been one of the best investments I’ve made. The care, the attention, and the personal touch always stand out. For me, this goes beyond great service, it feels like true hospitality at its finest.
