We have worked with Dr. Valena when our primary pediatrician is not available, and we love her as well! When she's the after hours on-call doctor, she is very good about immediately responding (the MOST I've had to wait for her call has been 5 minutes). She is excellent about keeping my daughters' medical history apart (my girls have VERY, VERY similar names and everyone has a hard time remembering which is which) and can recall things from memory months after and shows care in their well-being. Very attentive, professional, and respectful!

You might have to wait n the room for her but that is because she takes time to sit and really talk with her patients. I couldn’t be happier with the care she has given my two sons. She never rushes you out and waits to answer all of your questions
