The new railing looks great, feels extremely sturdy, and was installed just days after I hired them. Excellent communication, quality workmanship, and a smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I had my roof replaced by Lakeshore Builders and cannot recommend them more for roofing. The team was incredibly fast, delivered high quality work, and left our property very clean of debris. It is a large roof and the team accomplished the project end-to-end in one day, truly impressive to watch. Others on our block with smaller homes took much longer. I'd highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience with Tahsin and the team at Lakeshore Builders Restoration! They did a full makeover of our home with new siding, new porch and had the best guidance around design and material selection. They helped us navigate city inspections and were technical experts around the architectural best practices (with a wonderful in-house architect!) and working through changes to make our vision for our home come to life.
