They responded promptly and came out right away very nice technician he was passing through to go to a call in Elgin and stopped to check out my situation was able to fix was in and out very great service!!!!
In today’s world, In-Town Heating and A/C was a joy to work. They were courteous on the phone, kept their appointment time, the technicians were well trained, knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and even cleaned up after themselves. We would certainly highly recommend them.
I can’t thank In-town Heating and Air enough for their prompt and efficient service last week during the historic record cold that our area suffered. German, my technician, stayed with the job until my heat was restored. I know it was a difficult fix and he went on to other service visits after leaving my house, but he stayed cheerful and positive throughout to calm my fears. Again, many thanks!,,
