First time being sedated for an endoscopy and everyone was great, from the front desk staff to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor. Thank you all so much for making the experience smooth and comfortable. I was worried for nothing. The procedure went very smoothly and I felt well taken care of.
Everyone at GI Alliance is always very friendly and welcoming. I have seen Dr Godambe and NP Swara Patel. Very efficient and caring ladies. Explains things to the fullest. Answers any and all questions ask. Expert guidance to help you feel better. I would recommend GI Alliance for any of your GI needs.
I literally can't say enough about Dr. Losurdo. He really listens to his patients and administers medications based on current symptoms. I had an endoscopy at the GI Alliance of Illinois Elgin yesterday and the staff from the office Jenny, my nurse Jen, nurse during my procedure Nina, and the assistant to Dr. Losurdo were professional and caring. I would recommend them over and over. Thank you for taking great care of me during my visit and procedure.
