Matt from Fox Valley is extremely knowledgeable and is the only plumber who thinks outside of the box unlike many other plumbers who stick to the basics and unable to figure out any issues. Matt came right over to inspect our home and to see what was going on with our sump pump. He gave me two quotes and didn't push any of them on me. I did opt for the more expensive unit since I'd rather play it safe than sorry. Cody came the next day after they even ordered the unit before I made my final decision. They installed it and were very customer oriented. It's hard to find folks that care, I got a follow up call later that night checking how everything went. I seriously cannot recommend them more. It's an experience you won't find with larger run businesses and I will definitely call them in the future.
