( Backstory, after arriving to a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT elsewhere for a touch-up, the braiding technicians said to come back tomorrow or later in the week. Like it was nothing!! I had got off work and drove there, half my hair was braided. I explained the owner scheduled my appointment for this time and price. They were not moved.? I spoke to the owner to no avail.)
