Bad experience, I won't go again despite the fact that when I was there, another person was also complaining about a karaoke speaker that turned out to be defective with little trouble. I bought it better to buy in places that give a guarantee because oh, no.

Cheap as screens !!!!! They don’t work …. They put cheap screen so they easily break! And have to come again!!!! Amazon screen are $20 that’s the one they use and they want to charge over $100 ….. don’t waste your time or money here! This happened in less than 2 weeks! Let me tell you my daughter has the same phone and she has gotten it wet drop so many times and hers is completely not one crack

Horrible. New battery put in. Now volume doesn’t work. Mean no screenshots or turning my phone on. They want to charge me full price and keep my phone for 2 days. Also want my password. Hmmmm…
