Very professional experience. They were able to come next day to fix my Samsung refrigerator. The tech, Zoh, was amazing. Very polite and respectful. He always made sure to take off his shoes when re-entering my house anytime he ran out to his truck. He identified and fixed the problem very quickly. He made it easy to understand the issue with an in depth explanation. I was also very pleased with their pricing. Saved an insane amount of money vs. buying a new refrigerator. I’m very happy with my experience and have their magnet on my fridge for when I need them again.
Zo is absolutely incredible. Their entire team is highly qualified, extremely nice, and very diligent. They took apart my washer to do a proper diagnosis and ensured everything was repaired to last for years to come. Over the years they have fixed my washer, dryers, dishwashers, and fridge. Truly the best at what they do. I recommend them to everyone I know.
