I thoroughly enjoyed their pre-natal yoga class when I was pregnant. I've also attended other classes there a well. Everyone is friendly and the owner Felice is wonderful to work with.
I have been coming to Vive for over 7 years. I wasn’t sure I would even like yoga but the instructors made me fall in love with yoga! They are extremely welcoming and make yoga fun! They offer so many different types of yoga classes, so there is something for everyone! It is amazing how better I feel physically and mentally! I love VIVE!
Vive Yoga has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that really stood out to me. The studio and staff care deeply about creating a respectful and supportive space for people who walk through the door.
As a black person who often travels to Edwardsville where I go to nursing school, there are times when I can feel a bit isolated in the community being a minority. Vive Yoga has been one of the places where I genuinely felt welcomed and comfortable. The environment encourages mindfulness, kindness, and respect for everyone who attends.
