Hot 4 Yoga has been essential with getting mobility back to my body. Several decades of sedentary working careers and injuries had me living a restricting lifestyle and unable to participate in the outdoor activities I once enjoyed. Always on point! Classes are well Planned, instructors mix it up every so often, & whether you’ve been going 8+ years or first time, they want you to enjoy the experience. It’s a practice! And classes vary. Pro tip: Come early (like 15 minutes or so) & not right at the start time.
