Very professional, friendly and caring vet. We recently made the move from Hawthorne to Heartland and so far we are very happy about it. Dr. Ohms was very informational, told us many things we did not know about when it came to our pet’s diet and other care needs. He really took the extra time out for our appointment but we also had a low wait time which was great.
Update: several years after leaving this review I wanted to say that we lost our 13 year old Irish Terrier, Rori. And the amount of stress the day we had to decide to put her to rest was the most difficult thing I ever had to do. But the people at Heartland made it manageable. Dr Comte is great! She’s competent, caring and compassionate. She has been taking care of my many pets for over 10 years. Her staff is always friendly and helpful too.
Always a great experience at Heartland. Have seen three different Vets and three different Vet Techs and they have all been extremely nice, thorough and knowledgeable. Prompt appointments and the front desk is extremely friendly as well.. highly recommend..
