Your technician, Isaac was very polite and after putting on his booties he explains the work he was going to do.
so i went back to the work i was doing. and he went to do the job.
at the end i signed the job ordering he left. i closed the garage door and noticed my garden hose, which
was curled on the garage floor near the garage door was missing. Apparently Isaac gathered the hose and
placed it back on the hose rack. Gathering and putting it back on the rack
is a chore for me. so thank you Isaac

Had a guy come out today on an emergency visit for my AC unit. I didn't catch his name, but was a younger guy. He did a really great job and actually had to fix what another guy messed up. (Interestingly this other guy impersonated working for JNL so watch out) Anyway, he explained everything to me thoroughly and was able to really dive deep in and figure out all the problems with my AC unit. Thankfully I'll have AC on the upcoming hot days. Will definitely be recommending them! Great service and great customer service!
We’ve used JNL Climate Control for over 25 years. Andy comes out twice a year for the air conditioner and furnace. He is always on time and professional. He keeps us up to date with the health of our system.
