Tyler and his Technician are always very responsive and friendly and professional!!!. Goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working on furnace and central air units. Wonderful correspondence and always a pleasure to see their welcoming smile!!! Thank You Both

Called them around 3:30 when I noticed our A/C wasn't working properly. He was able to get to us the following afternoon. Great Service. I've been using Ricks Heating & AC for the last 13 years.
