Tyler was very quick to respond and arrived on time. Had my heat fixed the same day for a much better price than I was expecting. Very honest and knowledgeable! Will definitely use him for any future heat and air needs.
Tyler was amazing! Coming home at 10pm we noticed it was hot and our thermostat read 80° but our unit was not kicking on. Called about 10 people (and no one was able to come until the morning) before getting to Cooks Heat and Air and he answered very fast! He was so helpful and gave us some tips over the phone and was out to fix in 20 minutes. He was so kind and friendly and explained everything thoroughly. He dropped what he was doing to help my husband and I out. Very grateful and this is the man to trust to do the job well! Thank you!!!
10/10! so thankful for Tyler! i wish we would have had him install our system. we are new to the area and didn'tknow about his business, but going foreward we will absolutely use his hvac services and recommend him. long story short, we just bought a house a couple months ago and of course had to replace hvac. so we used Paschal (formerly Patriot-a smaller family-owned business and they were bought out) because they did our last system and generator on our old house and have done some plumbing for us recently. fast forward to tonight, 8pm, putting kids to bed and we were thinking it was hot. low and behold-thermostat was dead. called Paschal who installed our Trane barely 2 months ago and "no emergency line available at this time". nobody available afterhours, not even an option to leave a voicemail. not even an option to talk to a guy to troubleshoot it over the phone. just an automated thing setting up a call back for first available next day. anyway a neighbor said to call Cooks, and he was here basically immediately. i called to see if he could troubleshoot it over the phone-it was like 830 at night or later. we have little kids and I know it's rough being called in the evenings/night time with babies/kids at home. he showed up minutes later and it was back up and running.
