Our experience with Proliance began in July of 2025. We had damage to our roof and gutters from a storm. Ethan was our adjuster and was at our house more times than I could count. Our insurance kept denying parts of our claim. Ethan came out and fought for us to get the repairs we needed. Fast forward to Oct/Nov 2025 and after a lot of back and forth with insurance, our full claim was approved. We picked out our colors and we were good to go, but now the roofing season was done for the year. April/May of 2026 we got our new roof! Proliance Roofing did an awesome job replacing my roof, skylight and gutters. They were very prompt and efficient. After the installation they made sure they cleaned everything up. Michael the field rep was awesome. He came by to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work that they did. Arizbe were also incredible. She went over everything making sure you understood the process. Thank you Michael and Arizbe.
