During heat wave our condo a/c fritzed out all of a sudden one evening, called Fire n' Ice next morning. They had tech here within a few hours. They worked promptly & without hassle with our condo bldg manager for roof access. Tech promptly diagnosed we had bad capacitor, had it in stock on his truck. He ran few other diagnostics after installation, and we had a/c 30 minutes later. Kevin the tech was very personable and knowledgeable. We will definitely call again if we need service this fall, and would recommend to others.👍👍👍
