It's been a bit over a month since our AC went out on us, and we had to get it replaced. Instead of just the unit, we also went ahead and replaced the full AC & Furnace. After having about 8 quotes come land in our hands, we decided to go with weatherguard who showed professionalism as well as just trying to get us what we would need overall for our house and our needs. We ended up upsizing our unit per the suggestion of Jig, and it has definitely made a huge difference in the cooling of the upstairs floor as the summer days were rolling in. WeatherGuard has been very helpful and attentive in my experience. Given the age of my old system, I appreciated the periodic check-ins to ensure my systems were running well. By the time it was time to replace, they were thorough in explaining the options available, pros/cons of each system, and plan for completing these.After completion of my project, they checked in a few times to ensure there were no issues and to set reminders for registering the products.All this without the feeling of being pressured was a nice touch.
