The receptionists in the admission and registation office dont know how to use their new computer software. I came here when there was no other people waiting and they spent over an hour all huddled together unable to even check me in for a simple procedure. When i asked how long it would take they blew me off and said it would take a long time and refused to give me back my insurance card back when i had to leave because they hadnt even been able to figure out how enter the information from my insurance into the computer after almost an hour and a half of 3 employees trying to figure it out. Ridiculous. Never again.
My dad was brought here for continued care, and I can confidently say this is the best LTACH we’ve experienced. Most of the employees here are incredibly compassionate, attentive, and genuinely caring. The staff overall are truly GREAT!
Starting with the 3rd floor Nursing Manager, Joshua — an exceptional leader. He is understanding, a great listener, and was consistently supportive. He made a difficult time so much more bearable for our entire family. We are truly grateful for his presence and professionalism.

This is the second time my husband has been here at this facility. The first time he was getting something done and his heart Flatline. Now we are here this time and the staff doesn't do their jobs. The day time staff is excellent never has attitudes and supports the patient with care. Now the night time staff is a whole different story. They always wants to pump the patient with drugs doesn't want to take the time to listen to the patient. When the patient needs extra support for any part of body they want to do what they want to do. When you ask them any question or give a suggestion they tell you that you make them feel intimidated.
