Went here for a gift card . Staff was very pleasant, premises was clean,upscale and easily navigated. I couldn't believe how many different bottles of every kind of beauty supplies there are in this store. They have it all. I went here right after a savage workout, unshaven and in well-worn gym attire. The sales associate that assisted me was a young woman that looked like a fashion model . To her credit, she never flinched at my appearance, and treated me the same as the other customers. She apparently could sense I had never been in a beauty supply before. Amazing experience here today. Went in looking for something specific but needed recommendations on the brand. Eunice was the sweetest and most helpful ever, found me the perfect product that worked perfectly with my budget.

Had a great experience at Ulta, Dekalb! I was excited to be visiting from the U.K. as we don’t have these stores here, now I understand what all the fuss is about! Great products but the customer service was even better! Wish we’d get as good service in the U.K.! I spent ages looking around and purchased a lot of products unavailable to me back home. Special mention to Tessa who helped me with finding the perfect perfume - she was right with her recommendation, it’s my new favourite scent! Thank you ❤️
