I called to find out details on 2 jobs just posted on Craigslist in the DeKalb area. I was told there were NO jobs and the closest one was in St. Charles. Good thing I called first. But I wonder why the job posts still continue. Now, I would not be interested in working for this agency EVER!

I overheard a phone conversation between my friend and one of the employees here regarding their employment and she was extremely unprofessional and lacked follow through/follow-up skills. I actually considered employment through SURESTAFF until I overheard that conversation, now I am no longer interested. Empathy is essential when working in the staffing industry and the interaction I witnessed showed a complete lack of empathy. It was very disheartening and I wish my friend would have reported it to corporate. I chose not to disclose the name of the employee due to the publicity of this review.

First time visiting this Temp. Agency. I accompanied someone in search of a job. They were able to get him a job that fits his preference, his skill set, and his time frame. He walked out with a job. Overall great job done by staff.
