Called in for living room services because I’m just having a hard time with things that has taken place in my life I agree to let two individuals with wide eyes as if they were on coke and were emotionless, come over to my place I was told I was going to the hospital for food and rest, I was then jumped and man handled by four men and threatened to be shot up with chemicals if I didn’t remove my clothes in front of five men due to false reports made by those 2 individuals I requested copies of the report and I couldn’t believe the lies they checked …all I needed was someone to talk and a ride to the grocery store now I’m having to try to heal over this as well.... read full review
Staff are dedicated and professional. The Ben Gordon Center "living room" is a highly-accessible safe space. It is a refuge from societal turmoil and uncertainty. These respite services are provided free of charge. Highly reccomend.
STAY AWAY! This is the absolute worst northwestern psych office. I miss one therapy session and they cancel all my future psychiatrist appointments without notice. How am I supposed to get my meds now?
