I was a pt at BGC for a few years. I had never been inpatient (diagnosed since 2009) until they took over my care. I ended up inpatient twice while under their care. In my experience I feel like my psychiatrist does not do her due diligence before meeting, diagnosing and medicating patients. In my experience she had been hot headed, badgering and lazy in her approach to my care.I hope this helps anyone seeking services from Ben Gordon Center. I will say that the people in the Living Room are amazing, but the rest of Ben Gordon Center needs to do better!!

I've tried multiple times to schedule appointments over the past 10 months when I've needed help most and they always tell me there full/ don't have room. My friends told me to just go somewhere else anyways because there not that good but this is the closest place in dekalb

I've tried scheduling an appointment to see my files, CSP never called me back. I told them that I was going to see if I could sue CSP, for not allowing me to see my files. About a month or so ago when this all happened, they sent me a bill, trying to get double payments from me, my insurance was paying them, and then I got a bill from CSP for their services, I told some of the staff members that I was going to sue CSP for trying to get a second payment from me, when my insurance was paying them.
