Called in for living room services because I’m just having a hard time with things that has taken place in my life I agree to let two individuals with wide eyes as if they were on coke and were emotionless, come over to my place I was told I was going to the hospital for food and rest, I was then jumped and man handled by four men and threatened to be shot up with chemicals if I didn’t remove my clothes in front of five men due to false reports made by those 2 individuals I requested copies of the report and I couldn’t believe the lies they checked …all I needed was someone to talk and a ride to the grocery store now I’m having to try to heal over this as well....read full review
Staff are dedicated and professional. The Ben Gordon Center "living room" is a highly-accessible safe space. It is a refuge from societal turmoil and uncertainty. These respite services are provided free of charge. Highly reccomend.
STAY AWAY! This is the absolute worst northwestern psych office. I miss one therapy session and they cancel all my future psychiatrist appointments without notice. How am I supposed to get my meds now?
