I came to Dekalb to get my lazer hair removal and the Customer Service is a 10 out of 10. The energy was something that was really appreciated. They called me the day of Welcoming me into my appointment that was 2 hours from the call. That was a very nice change as that rarely happens in customer service now a days. From the start of the lazer hair treatment until the end. They made it comfortable and welcoming. My Nurse Kaali was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring with all my questions. I cannot say enough amazing things about Milan Laser Hair Removal in DeKalb! The ladies here are truly angels on earth. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel so welcomed, comfortable, and completely at ease.
The entire location is always incredibly clean, and everyone is so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain every step of the process, answer any questions you have, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your treatment. Switched here from another clinic based on better scheduling availability and am so happy with the switch! I am easily able to change or reschedule appointments and the staff is SO friendly and sweet. Also—and this probably just speaks more to the overall company and the technology they use—but I am thrilled with my results. Wish I would have done this YEARS ago!
