My daughter is a student at NIU and locked her key in her car. She felt horrible about it and somewhat helpless as well. We found Melin's online and gave them a call. They called back an hour later with an estimate to get into the car and provide two keys. They then met my daughter at her car near her dorm and had her in it within 30 minutes of them returning my call And the price was VERY reasonable. Very honest and helpful service and I would highly recommend them.

I go in here almost all the time to get my keys extra keys for my trucks in my car and the last time I was in there I got it for a lockbox security and also for my Honda motorcycle they do great work and Mary is so nice and an old classmate from Sycamore High School
