I needed a spigot changed in the dead of winter. The plumbing line didn't have a shut off valve. Instead of the costly repair of pulling out drywall to cut line, Chuck recommended buying the part to fix spigot instead of replacing. This was a significant savings and solved the problem. It was refreshing to receive forthright and honest repair services without attempts to mark up prices or add extensive repairs. Prompt arrival 30 minutes after phoning. Pete, excellent plumber, installed new hot water heater within 2 hours. Hauled old one up and out of the basement. He was friendly, professional and answered all of our questions. We will be calling GR again. Great company!Service: Water heater installation
