I have really long, thick, bleached hair. I had a rough few days and wound up with a large knot in the back of my head that was untamable. I called and asked if there was any way somebody can brush it out.. and Jenny spent 2 brutal hours on it. I was so scared I would have to shave my head. Amazing customer service indeed. Thank you!
