Battery dying on laptop. Paid extra for fast service and it was ready the next day! Can't get better than that. I'm so very happy to get it back since reading on my small phone is difficult. Friendly staff and excellent service. Thank you.
Fixed my computer after a quick 1 day turnaround. Wasn't able to pick up so I had my mom go grab it for me and they offered to carry it out to the car for her. Very sweet of them! Will come back for my next issue!
Old school customer service, you can walk in talk to a human, Samuel and Jeremy took care of my small computer problem right on the spot, with very little charge, I have a few more things they can help me with as well, and I'm definitely headed back.
