Quincy is a hidden gem in this town. First time there are not having a barber for well over 20 years. She was great from the get go, asked all kinds of questions, got a haircut and beard trim. She made sure I was completely happy before I left the chair. Great personality, had a pleasant conversation while she worked, very laid back environment. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you wanted to be treated like a valued customer, a friend, then choose Downtown Barbers. You will not be a number or be treated like your on a conveyor belt, get em in get ‘em out. I have found a great place and I hope more will give them a try and make it your home as well.

You know it must be a good place when your Autistic child - who hates everything about haircuts - looks forward to seeing his stylist. This is the only shop that he truly enjoys going to. Haircuts are a sensory nightmare for him but there's no fight or argument from him when I tell him it's time to see Franki. He helps me set his appointment online and then waits, impatiently, for haircut day. Once there, he sits so well in her chair and allows her to use the quiet clippers while she cuts his hair the same way she cuts his dad's hair.
