I had issues on the new generator I had TruPower installed It was due to parts that caused damage, not the installation, and with the help of TruPower we had the unit replaced by the manufacturer, who at first did not want it replaced. Since then I had experienced excellent service and a few neighbors had new generators installed by TruPower because of how they treated me. I would highly recommend TruPower, you will be glad you did.
