First time customer. I haven't gotten a massage in something like a decade, I wasn't quite sure what to expect going in. It was pretty good overall; soothing, soft music, the massage therapist was attentive and thorough, and I felt relaxed throughout. I don't know if I'd go again, but for $50 including tip, it was worthwhile.

I love Yu Foot Spa! My husband and I pop in there sporadically (no appointment needed) and love how casual it is. I've brought friends on girls night out, etc. The massages are wonderful. They use great pressure and I always feel great when I leave. The staff is kind and we always look forward to visiting!

I have been to the Yu Spa in Crystal Lake Illinois, several times in the past few years. Recently having wrist surgery, I waited a month after surgery before returning again to the Yu Spa as I was concerned it may hurt my wrist post surgery. I have always left extremely satisfied from every massage I’ve ever had at this location and I have brought my friends here as well. We all love it and love the staff! Most recently I had Allen. He was AMAZING! I asked him to spend 10 to 15 minutes, massaging gently from my wrist to my elbow, pist surgery.
